Picasa
Google has released Picasa for Linux, and even provides a .deb for Ubuntu. Installing it is as easy as downloading the archive from the above link, and typing the following in a terminal:
sudo dpkg -i /home/erlends/picasa_2.2.2820-5_i386.deb
