Wow, very cool. I’ve been very pleased with Ubuntu but after reading a few blog posts about SLED, I was beginning to get slab menu envy. I will have to give this a try once I get my computer unpacked (I just moved).
I broke down and installed SLED 10 on my laptop. I haven’t really tried using it much yet, but it took me 3 tries to get it installed due to some missing java package on the SLED DVD. And once it was installed, it took forever to get my wireless card connected, as my wireless router ran 40/64bit wep instead of the default 128bit.
And I can’t really use it without Apache, which I’ve been unable to find as of yet. Going to be a bugger hunting down new repositories and learning a new distribution.
Xgl did work out of the box though, which was nice.
