ABC News: iTunes: 1 Billion Served
> Feb. 23, 2006 ââ¬â There’s been a counter on Apple’s iTunes Web page since early February that’s been ticking up to the music service’s 1 billionth download, and sometime last night it happened.
1 billion songs downloaded, and still the RIAA isn’t happy with the iTunes service. They always want a bigger piece of the revenue, but luckilly Apple is refusing. It seems like Apple can do no wrong these days, they even shipped their new laptops earlier then announced, with higher specs than people paid for.
